SATELLITE-66

Modular Robotic Cell

Why Satellite-66?

The largest robotic cell of our product line is the Satellite-66. It was created to support bigger robots with payloads up to 70 kg. The difference between the Satellite-66 and the Satellite-55 is the working space inside the cell. Its square configuration of 6 feet by 6 feet offers the space needed to add some add-ons or tools to it.

Speaking of add-ons, the modularity of the Satellite-66 makes it perfect for many applications over time. From assembly to palletizing, the Satellite-66 can also be moved from one working station to another with its leveling pad wheels.

APPLICATIONS

icone_Assembly

Assembly

More space and a larger payload capacity make the Satellite-66 capable of handling larger parts.

Palletizing icon

Palletizing

The payload of its robot capacity allows the Satellite-66 to handle heavier parts, which makes it perfect for palletizing.

Load and Transfer

The wider working space of the cell gives it more room to handle bigger parts while loading or transferring them.

Satellite-66 Installation

Installation

The Satellite Cell can be integrated into your production line with only 12 simple steps. Before the Satellite-66 arrives at your factory, make sure its space has been prepared. The floor does not need to be perfectly leveled, as you will be able to adjust the cell by handling the pre-integrated ratchet handles on the wheels. The Satellite cell needs an electric and a pneumatic connection. Make sure you have both set up. You can find more specifications about the Satellite-66 installation procedure on the documentation shared on our website. Remember that DIY Robotics provides free support to help you at any moment if needed.
